We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure that the line moves as quickly as possible throughout the ticket scanning process.

We will have tickets available for purchase at the door based on availability, however, we strongly advise everyone to purchase tickets online prior to arrival to keep the line moving as efficiently as possible.

We recommend arriving prior to or during your reserved hour, however, we will do our best to accommodate you during the following hour based on availability only. NOTE: Ticket holders in the 9pm hour, we have 10pm curfew, so please be sure to arrive with enough time to drive through the show.

The route is 1.2 miles long and takes approximately 30 minutes to drive through at the required 3 MPH speed limit. Please remain in your vehicle at all times and do not stop or back up while driving through the route.

Our route has a 15-foot maximum height clearance for any vehicle.

There will be an FM radio station provided upon arrival. You can tune in to hear all of the holiday music and sounds!

Please turn off headlights while driving through the show. Remember to turn them back on as soon as you exit!
